Due to the nature of our work, including digital products and private consulting, all purchases are considered final.

We encourage you to review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed and access has been granted, the product cannot be returned, revoked, or exchanged. This is due to the intangible and accessible nature of digital content.

We recommend reviewing all product details before purchasing to ensure it aligns with your needs.

Consulting Services & Private Sessions

All consulting services, including private sessions and mentorship offerings, are non-refundable once booked.

When you purchase a session or program, you are reserving dedicated time, attention, and intellectual space. As such:

  • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling

Rescheduling Policy (If Applicable)

In certain cases, rescheduling may be considered if:

  • A request is made at least 24 hours in advance, and
  • Availability permits

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is offered at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product or service
  • Technical error resulting in non-delivery of a digital product (that cannot be resolved)

Any such concerns must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
